Have I activated my Quest 3S?

I’ve followed the instructions and used the Horizon app to add my new Quest 3S. However, I still can’t see the device when I log in to view my account.

 

Have I activated my Quest 3S?

 

I didn’t receive any referral or promotional material that indicates the activation of a new Quest device.

    When you put on your Quest, if you can select your profile and enter the virtual environment, and play games and stuff, then it is activated. Open the Store app in your headset, click on your profile icon in the top right. Then, click on Promotions in the left side of the screen.

    I have the same issue with my quest 3s.

    I see that I can log in and use my device but when I go here

    https://www.meta.com/my/devices/

    I see this error - 

    Devices

    We couldn't find any devices associated with your Meta account.

     

    Also, when I try to contact support, I see that there are no devices on my account. And if I try to verify with the device serial number, I see this error - 

    Support isn’t available for this device.

    Can you help me figure what is happening. I have a question regarding device activation for support but I am not able to reach them.

      It sometimes takes some time after activating for  the Quest to appear on the link you provided.

      Can you see it here?

      About the serial number..... put in the serial number from the box, not from the headset. This should work 😉..........

        I found my device there. I’ve already emailed the support team about my issues. I suppose it’ll take some time for the system to recognize my device.
