HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS SUPPORT FOR MONTHS!
I've been trying to use my warranty on my quest 3 and it says the support page is down. I've been checking for months, always says its down. I have been emailing and DMing on socials and cant get in contact. Its also saying i need to use the headset and approve access through the app but my headset is not functioning, and \ haven't had to do this before even though i use the app all the time. It doesn't make sense and i desperately need to get in contact with a human being.
