Headset isn’t receiving updates

So this is a bit of an odd one but whenever I go into the software update section in the setting it never actually receives the updates and just constantly searches for them. (Now I don’t really care...

I haven't seen that before. steve_40 has a possible solution. One other thing to try. Switch on allowing updates while device is switched on and sleeping. Not a scientific solution but maybe if you leave it sitting there for a few hours it start working while you're not looking! 😁You never know!! Good luck!!
