Headset keeps booting up on start up Logo Screen "MetaHorizonOS" then turns off, then repeats again.

I was playing on my Quest Pro until the display screen started to move on its own and then it went black.. It then mentioned that "my vr is having trouble tracking"  It gave me the option to click on "Continue" without tracking. But it wouldn't let me click on continue at all because the screen display kept turning away from me. So I tried to power it off and power it back on. But then it started blinking on and off over and over. So then, I tried to do a factory reset. But not even that worked. I selected Factory Reset, it continued to turn on and off over again.

The VR's light indicator will stay a solid white then it would turn off automatically, blink a red light for a split second, then turn back on again...Then it would repeat that process over and over...

Anyone having this issue? Anyone found a solution? This is a fresh Quest Pro too.
I really don't want to have to send it off again...

    Hmm. Make sure your room is well illuminated but not by direct sunlight.

    There were problems with the last software update v78.1028, so maybe that could be the problem if your headset auto-updated. That issue has been fixed now, so you could try re-installing the latest headset software from a PC using a USB cable. Instructions for the Software Update Tool can be found here. If the problem persists, then perhaps a sensor has failed in your headset and you will have to submit a support ticket and request try get an RMA.
