Headset not working, Meta not recognizing serial number to get support

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help here.

I haven't used my VR headset in years and have finally decided to get use it again. I have the Rift S and have done all the updates needed to get the Meta app on my desktop up and running and connected to my headset. There are three issues:

  1. My headset is stuck on the 3 dots loading screen.
  2. I can't get connected with customer support. When I try to contact support, it says "We couldn't find any devices associated with this Meta account". My email I am using is indeed the same one I have always used. When I try to verify with another method it asks for my email, headset serial number, or order number. When I enter any of these it says no device found. I am not making any typos.
  3. When using the one time coupon code to redeem all of my app and in-app purchases that I was emailed by Meta Quest when the change over / migration happened, it redeemed nothing. All of the apps I paid for are nowhere to be found.

I understand that with the change from Oculus to Meta, there are issues that have popped up however I have no idea what to do to fix the above or how to get in contact with support to get help. Any help here would be appreciated.
