My headset will not turn on or anything. I thought it might be because it needed to charge up. I started to charge it and checked 6 hours later. but I got no light telling me that it's charging. I tested the external battery pack I bought for it am it was charging. I would really like some help.

The users headset is dead. It is a deseased parrot. Plugging it into an update tool is pointless. Don't you have something better to do, like block someones facegram account?
