Headset won’t factory reset and shows no command

I went to play on my meta quest 2 and was stuck on the loading icon I tried factory reseting but wouldn’t work and showed the no command and I followed tips and tricks but wouldn’t still get stuck on...

You've pressed the volume up button instead of volume down button when you tried to factory reset. Doing that gives you the no command screen.

Try factory reset again and make sure to press volume down(minus) and the power button.
