Headsets chipset and metas bad support.

So I received my headset with no issues so I thought there were only really issues when I installed thrill of the fight 2 and it wouldn't let me load into games with the error code 106. I contacted the game developers sent them the log file and they came to the conclusion it was the headsets chipset, now we sent all the evidence from the logs and developers to meta to get a replacement and yet these ** jump from.person to person in the email asking the same question that we keep providing and then they automatically resolve the issue which isn't resolved. Never buy from meta.
