Health and safety video

Question

I am currently trying to factory reset my oculus go but I can’t finish setting it up because the health and safety video never loads and I can’t skip it so I’m just stuck forever. I have factory reset the headset multiple times and redownload the app but nothing helped. Can anyone help me or give me some tips.

The setup doesn 't work with the latest Meta Horizon app. You need an older version of it to make it work.
The solution in the thread below, describes what you have to do and includes a link to an older version of the mobile app.
It's for the Quest 1 but works also for the Go.
&nbsp;Meta support doesnt't recognize my Oculus Quest (1st gen) serial number so I cannot get help. | Meta Community Forums - 1274215
