Hello. I am having trouble accessing my Meta Quest account. Two-factor authentication is enabled on the account and it is linked to my old phone, which I no longer have access to. Because of this, I cannot log into my account on my computer and cannot manage the account settings. However, I still have access to the account on my Meta Quest headset and through Meta Quest Link on my PC where I am logged in, but I am unable to disable two-factor authentication since it still requires confirmation through my old phone. I also cannot find any way to contact real Meta support, as the website only shows help articles and the "Contact Support" button does not appear anywhere. I am asking for advice. Is there any way to disable two-factor authentication if I only have access through the headset and Quest Link? How can I contact actual Meta support in this situation? Thank you for any help.

Здравствуйте. У меня проблема с доступом к аккаунту Meta Quest. На аккаунте включена двухэтапная аутентификация, которая привязана к старому телефону, к которому у меня больше нет доступа. Из-за этого я не могу войти в аккаунт на компьютере и не могу управлять настройками. При этом у меня есть доступ к аккаунту на гарнитуре Meta Quest и через Meta Quest Link на ПК, где я авторизован, но отключить двухэтапную аутентификацию не получается, так как система всё равно требует подтверждение через старый телефон. Также я не могу найти способ связаться с реальной поддержкой Meta, так как на сайте везде только справочные статьи, а кнопка "Contact Support" нигде не отображается. Прошу совета. Есть ли способ отключить двухэтапную аутентификацию, если у меня есть доступ только с гарнитуры и через Quest Link? Как можно связаться с настоящей поддержкой Meta в такой ситуации?
