Hi, I have really enjoyed my Quest 3 so far, but it has started not charging when I plug it in, and turns itself off after saying 90% battery, then suddenly 0%. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this

You can try a factory reset, sometimes that helps. But if you've had it a couple years, the battery is probably just shot and will need replaced.
