Help - Brand New and Face Shield seems broken!
Can anyone point me in the direction of getting help, I have a brand new meta quest 3, the face shield seems broken. The little button on the right hand side seems stuck, like you can’t push it it to move the face shield in and out? The left works fine. The shield if you do move it also seems to move freely so while you can’t push the button in the shield moves but doesn’t lock in place?
any idea how to fix this and if not how I can get a hold of support to help replace it.
wWhile this is disappointing the headset is great, do I just upgrade to the silicon shield or will I have the same problem… seems a worry since I only opened the box getting home from travelling and have this issue, I’m worried i buy another one and it’s still broke … or there is a flaw? Anyone got any suggestions ?

The button is stuck, that's why the shield doesn't lock in place. Perhaps this tip from a user will help you too.
