This is really strange.
I've seen users having trouble adding their credit cards, but I've never heard of existing payment methods simply disappearing.😮
You should contact support.
You can do so here via email, chat, or WhatsApp.I hope this can be resolved quickly.

As Choleni says you should contact support. Having credit card data removed is very strange indeed. You should check the security of your account and if it's possible some bad actor got access to your account and password. Maybe you should consider changing the password just to be safe and then re-enter your card details. Good luck !
