Help! Headset tracking lost!

After a recent update, my headset tracking is continuously lost. The display goes all wonky like I’m spinning, flipping and falling at the same time. I cannot do anything I can’t access settings because in between the flipping and spinning an error message pops up that tracking is lost, and I can’t even click on anything because I start flipping and spinning again what is going on? I have gone through extra extraordinary measures to be very gentle and take extremely good care of this headset. It’s never been bumped banged dropped gotten wet or handled roughly. I’ve done a hard restart, rebooted it. I’ve done a factory reset.  everything was fine until that recent update I mean not a single issue ever until that update and now all of a sudden I got these crazy problems.  How can meta fix this?  When I did the factory reset I did see right at the end before the screen went blank a line of code that said something about a part of the tracking software missing so something Meta did did this to my headset.
