Help Needed Recovering Locked Instagram Account – Can't Access Old Phone & Video Verification Fails

I need help recovering my Instagram account which recently got locked, and I don’t know the exact reason why. When I try to log in, it says:
"Help us prove it's you", but I’m stuck in a verification loop.

The problem is:

• I no longer have access to the old phone number I used when I created the account — the SIM card has expired.

• I tried submitting the video selfie for identity verification multiple times, but I keep getting denied. I believe this might be because I don’t have many posts, and most of them are group photos with friends, which may not clearly show my face.

• I do have access to the Facebook account that is linked to my Instagram, but even logging in through Facebook still brings me back to the “Help us prove it’s you” screen.

Please help me recover my account or guide me through alternative ways to verify my identity. I'm the rightful owner and can provide any other details needed.
