Help with keeping daughter safe

I have been trying to set up my daughters  supervision so I can view in real time what she sees and who she talks to. I go to my Horizon app, I go to family center, click on her name, and the watch play.  does not show up. I try to talk to Meta chat but they are saying the account is not connected to any of the phone numbers I have used, I entered the serial number to verify and they said they cant assist with that device. Somebody please help walk me through what I am doing wrong. I must have set it up wrong or something. I just want to keep my daughter safe.

    The "Watch live" option only appears when the child is using the headset. If it is not appearing in that case, then there's probably an issue with the connection between the headset and phone or network.

    You probably haven't associated any phone number with your account (just like me). The serial number should be the box number, which you can find here.
