help with meta horizon on phone

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with the Meta Horizon app. When I open it, it loads and gives the error: "An error occurred. Please try again later." I've reinstalled it several times, even with a VPN, but nothing helps. (By the way, I live in Russia.)
