Help with Meta Quest 3

I have had my Quest 3 for 3 weeks and a few things.

I loaded Virtual Desktop in my Meta App, when I launch it to use it for Star Citizen, my native resolution drops on both of my monitors. from 3840X2160 to 2560X1600 and then on my 2nd monitor 2715X1527 to 1680X1050. How can I make this stop?

2nd Issue is I power off the quest 3, have it attached to an official Meta Quest Link cable on USB-c but it will not charge. Nothing will charge it and it just turns itself back on and runs out and will not charge. I can get it to charge on a wall adaptor.

I have pressed and held the power and volume button and gotten to the menu and done shutdown, but it still will not charge. I see the yellow light come on, but it is not charging. And i have held the power button for 3+ seconds and still not charging.

Help on these 2 issues

    1. in the VD settings (left controller menu button) there's an option for desktop to automatically match the streaming resolution (recommended).
    2. that is correct charging behavior. Don't use the PC or phone charger to charge the headset, it doesn't have enough wattage, you need to use the official charger.
    3. "I see the yellow light come on" - then it IS charging. But again, make sure you use the official charger. Generally, I always fully power off the headset before connecting or disconnecting the charge cable. If I don't, it can occasionally misbehave.
