Help with Quest cash

I have one oculus and two profiles in my household.  Neither profile is linked to the other and the birthdates of each would not qualify as a child account.  However I am trying to send Quest cash to my  other profile and am getting the Cant Send Gift 'error'.  Recipient cannot redeem this gift.  Please select another gift or recipient.  I've tried sending the cash and having the other profile request the cash and neither is working.  The quest cash was loaded to the wrong profile in error and I would just like it migrated.  Im not sure how I can proceed with this.  I guess this would suggest something is wrong with the account I am trying to send cash to but I would not know what..  Please advise.  Thanks, Jerry

    Actually that shouldn't be possible but.......  do these two profiles have the same email address?

    Thanks for the reply!  Not surprised to see your response!  I don't see why this is an issue either but I don't know everything there is to know about managing these accounts either.  My only guess was that Meta somehow thought one or both of the accounts were fraudulent in some way.  Not sure if this helps but we both set up accounts with our own emails.  I didn't know if there is a special way Meta considered child accounts as he might have set this up back he was in the 13 - 17 age group.  Honestly all I would like to do merge accounts cause it just seems a hassle otherwise.  Oh well question for another day..
