Help With redeemed voucher

Hi just bought a meta quest 3 for daughter and I’ve redeemed a voucher code in my account and it won’t let me transfer it to her. 

I’ve tried transferring it through the app and it says her currency is wrong …… unable to accept the transfer ??? 
I can’t seem to look at her account to see if we’ve set anything up wrong. 

when it says go to profile and find wallet, there is no wallet button!! 
help me please. I have money a code that I’ve redeemed but in the wrong account!
