Help

My quest it won't let my child play he has a junior account and when he plays the quest will allow him to load a game or whatever for 5 mins but then it immediately traps him in the immersive experience world 

I did discover that it overlaps any and everything you try to do, you can hear yourself pressing the home button and other bits but all you can see is the immersive world and you aren't able to interact with any menu or any game.

Yes I did reset it and erased everything  redid the setup and it still traps managed to play for 30 mins went to hans it over then it did the same thing and qont stop, I even tried on the main account and did it on there too  

Please help if anyone can
