I purchased an Oculus quest 2 a few years ago for my daughter. She created an account and pin, but was having trouble logging in. The device has just been laying aside without being used. I recently took the drive and was trying to get the device working to no avail. I’ve done a hard reset, reboot and sideloan update. Since doing that, the device is on and goes to a black screen with “spa like” music playing in the background. It does not move from that screen at all. I’ve tried troubleshooting a few times, but it troubleshooting is repetitive. Is there anyone that could help. I don’t think she knows any of the login info or the email address she used at the time.
