Help!

I need help! My daughter got this for Christmas and I need help! She’s able to play it, but I must not have things connected correctly! I don’t see the promo for my 3 month free Horizon +. I’m trying to app and it’s useless. Is there a phone number to call?

Where was the Quest bought from?
Was it brand new/sealed?When was it purchased?
Which Meta account is it linked to (yours or your daughter’s)?
What country are you in?
Do you have a website link to the promotion?
