I wears my mask Meta Quest 3 on my head and for the first time they asked me to write an acces code if not, i can't enter in my game. I have a sevond count for my wife. When i use hed session, she has all information like i had deux days ago. I don't know my solution. I need help

I appreciate the time you passed with my question. First question. Yes. I wear my mask and there is two accounts from me. The first one is mine. Owner of the first session. I try to login my account and they ask me an access code ? When i tried the account of my life, i can open it and play with his apps. I don't know how i can find an access code for openning my session.

Hello. Very kind. My device is locked. When I put on my headset, it asks me for a passcode. I've never had to enter a passcode to log in. To answer the first question, when my session was locked, I tried to log in to my wife's account. I had access to her games. That lasted two days, and then her session was also locked. On my phone, I have access to my folder. On MetaQuest 3 as well, but not with my headset. (Enter your passcode) When I go to my Meta account, under Devices, my device with my nickname is listed as not found??? I don't know what to do
