Horizon OS V81 and not seeing this new Central World.

In the new v81 PTC in the patch notes it claims that there is a new sort of Central world which can be accessed from the new Loft Home, But when going through the door to this new Central World it takes you to some old world in Horizon Worlds and not this new Enviroment which the patch notes claim is here in this update. I assume this new Central area is the world which can bee seen from the Home enviroment but I'm not seeing a way to get here yet.
