Horizon World's Restriction
To whom it may concern,
Sometime last week I tried to log in to Shovel Up, i was met with a prompt advising that, "Your account is restricted right nor. Due to several violations against out Conduct in VR Experiences policy, you cant access Worlds.- For more information about this , please check your email."
I did check my email- spam/junk/promotions/ etc.- with no correspondence relating to this matter. I even utilized the Horizon Support Chat. The chat eventually advised that it could not assist me. I have verified that my Account is in good standing as well. I finally located the forums and messaged an admin profile to explain the situation. I have not received any feedback. I am still blocked from accessing worlds and yet- have no supporting evidence as to why. Thank you.
