Meta customer support sucks, all it does is it takes you around in circles or doesn’t help at all, it just takes you to forms that other people had to try and figure out instead of actually helping you with the problem. They really need to get humans to help out like a support number we can contact.
That will never happen, it's pointless to complain about it 🤷♂️. Unfortunately, the only way to navigate support is to patiently jump through all the hoops, do whatever troubleshooting they ask you to do (no matter how inane it may seem) and show that you have done it, then hopefully your case will eventually get escalated and hopefully, sorted out. When my Rift S went "pop" a few years ago, it took over 6 weeks to process my support ticket, but it did get sorted eventually.
