As for the tracking issues, we have a couple steps to make sure that the tracking conditions are met optimally. Please make sure of the following:
- Make sure there is enough light in your play area, we recommend playing around with different light sources to see if any changes are made!
- Please make sure there aren't too many small lights. i.e. string or strip lights that change or or a re a static color.
- Also, please make sure there aren't any reflective surfaces as they can cause issue with tracking and controller drifting.
