    Hi there DDUBNUMBER18,

     

    If you forgot your PIN, you can request an email with a link in it to reset your PIN using the Meta Horizon app or the Meta Quest website.

    Check your spam or junk folders for an email from notification@email.meta.com if you don't see the reset link in your inbox. 

     

    To request a PIN change on the Meta Horizon app:

    1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
    2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
    3. Scroll down and tap Reset Store PIN below Privacy and security.
    4. Tap Forgot PIN?, then tap Request PIN Reset.
    5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your PIN.

    Or via the Website:

    1. Go to your profile on auth.meta.com.
    2. Click PIN in the left menu.
    3. Click Forgot PIN?
    4. Click Request PIN Reset.
    5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your PIN.
