How can i see my own hands while in VR? (Meta quest 3)

Apologies if this is answered some where else, I've been searching and not found what I'm looking for. 

I've just reinstalled DCS on my pc, before the reinstall, i was able to see two small transparent circles on the headset display, showing where my hands were. Which was handy if i needed to flick a switch on my hotas or to type something while in game. 

After the reinstall of DCS and the meta quest app adding headset, i can no longer see the transparent "cisrcle" when i move my hands in front of the headset. How do i re enable seeing my hands again?
