I have two accounts connected to my Quest 2 — my admin account and my friend's Meta account. How can I remove my friend's account from my Quest without resetting it? I can't find any way to do this. Please help.

To remove additional Meta accounts from a device:
on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
Settings in the top right corner, then select 
Accounts.
Once you have attempted these steps please reach out and let us know if you were able to remove the account. Thanks!

Hey there, Koddz2. Thanks for letting us know that you are wanting to remove the admin account from the headset. We know how important it is to be able to change your accounts around and we would like to help you with this. Kindly note that the only way to change the Primary account on a Quest headset is to perform Factory Reset, totally wiping everything from the headset, then login and use the new account during the setup process.
Before you do this please use cloud back up to save any data before hand.
Here is how to do the factory reset.
To perform a factory reset using your phone:
Open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
Tap Devices in the bottom menu.
Tap the headset connected to your phone.
Tap Advanced Settings.
Tap Factory Reset and then Reset.
To perform a factory reset using the headset:
Turn off your headset.
Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Hey there xay_1213! We appreciate you reaching out. We see that you are unable to remove accounts from your account center. No worries, luckily for you we have several ways to remove those unwanted accounts. Here's how you can remove the account through your mobile app or through the web:
Mobile app:
Menu, then tap Settings.Web browser:
