Hi, I wanted to delete my second account as well. I followed the steps, but when I select 'remove' it repeatedly says that something went wrong and to try again later. How can I fix this and delete the account?
Hey there xay_1213! We appreciate you reaching out. We see that you are unable to remove accounts from your account center. No worries, luckily for you we have several ways to remove those unwanted accounts. Here's how you can remove the account through your mobile app or through the web:
Mobile app:
- Open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
- Tap
Menu, then tap Settings.
- Tap Accounts Center.
- Tap Accounts and Profiles.
- Tap the profile you'd like to remove, then tap Remove from Accounts Center.
Web browser:
- Open an internet browser and go to accountscenter.meta.com.
- Click Accounts under Accounts settings in the left menu.
- Click Remove next to the account you want to remove from Accounts Center.
