How to change currency on Meta Quest app?
Hello everyone, does anyone know how to change the currency in the meta quest application because I have it set to USD and I would like to set it to Euro? Someone can help me

You can't "set" the currency yourself. Usually, the store will show you the currency of the region you live in.
This happens when you set up the Quest or download the app.Are you using VPN? So, your actual location isn't used?
I also saw a user who had the wrong currency when using starlink and get the correct currency when he used his home wifi.If none of this matches your situation, send a PM MetaStoreHelp

hi, i travel a lot, how do i use my gbp cash when im away from the uk. store is going to usd, my location atm should be eur right now, and my headset account should probably be in gbp or eur

The currency in the store is only converted to Euros in countries that use the Euro.
For other countries in Europe the store shows you Dollar.MetaStoreHelp explained it here

.....maybe you can use VPN when traveling - set the location to UK - so your store has the correct currency for your quest cash?

There are several factors that determine the currency in which a your transactions will be processed and completed. Your location will be one of the most important factors, which is determined by the Meta headset or web browser through your IP address.
Important Notes:
Use of VPN's can result in errors or other issues when making purchases.
AMEX cards will always be charged in USD.
Digital Purchases
Payment methods will be charged based on the IP address of the device.Below is a table of some known store currencies:

I bought my Meta Quest 3 in a trip to the UK. There I bought some apps, including Stellarium. Though, for some reason, it made me sick, so I asked for a refund. Now I have 7,99 GBP in my account, but, as I came back to Brazil, I can't use them, as everything needs to be bought in USD. How can I use my money?
Hello sorry to ask you directly but I’m stuck. I bought when I was in Europe a cash card for 50 euros. The problem is when I came back to US all the games I want are in dollars so a message appears to say you cannot buy this game because it’s not the same currency. Could you explain to me how can I buy a US game in dollars with my cash credit in euros ? Please. I still have 40 euros than I can’t use right now but I still paid for using this credit.

maybe you can use VPN and set your location to to a country which pays with Euro?
The store should show the games in Euro then.

Don't change the Quest cash currency. Change it in store.
Go to your phone, intal some VPN (I'm using TunnelBear), connect to country with the same currency as yor Quest Cash (list in other reply).
Start your Meta Horizon app. The game price will change currency.
Buy, use Quest Cash.
Works in my case.

I own a Meta Quest 3 and I’m facing a strange issue with the renewal of my Horizon+ subscription. Every time I try to complete the payment, the amount switches to Euros, and it’s higher than the price originally shown. On the renewal page, the price is listed in US dollars, but when I proceed to checkout, it changes to Euros and increases. Interestingly, when I purchase apps, I’m charged in dollars without any problem.
I’ve contacted Meta support several times, sent screenshots, and explained everything, but unfortunately I keep receiving generic responses that don’t seem to address the actual issue. I’ve followed all the suggestions they gave me, but the problem persists.
One detail that might be relevant: I bought my device in the Netherlands and brought it to Brazil. I tested it there before traveling to make sure everything was working in case I needed to exchange it. But now it seems my store region is locked to Europe, which is affecting the subscription billing.
So my question is: Has anyone else dealt with this?

Yes, that's the point.
Your store is not locked to Euro.... as you said, you can buy anything else in Dollar.
But it seems the subscription currency is locked to Euro since you've set up the Quest in Europe.
Maybe you can fix that by factory resetting the Quest and set it up again, now that you are in Brazil.
I'm not quite sure this will work..... if this is something that is set in your account, the factory reset won't work.🤷♀️
