How to connect with Support team of Meta Quest Creator Affiliates Program?

Received an invitation to the portal http://www.meta.com/creators/affiliates/

So I've been using it for several months,

but I can't find a connection with financial support,  I tried to contact with https://www.meta.com/help/support/

But support told that they do not have access to this program,

also in the help section of Facebook - as well as information strictly on business profiles

and there is no cases about this program,

maybe someone knows the email address of support or a direct link to the form to contact this particular department
