My facial interface is not working, probably broken, and I can't figure out how to contact Meta about this. None of the support forms I can find address the facial interface so I just want to call, email or chat Meta but don't know how to do that. Has anyone done this recently?

When you say the facial interface is not working, are you talking about the faceplate that is attached to the device? Or do you mean the device itself? If the faceplate is cracked or broken you can find replacements on line easily enough.
Sorry, I didn't answer your question! For support go to the Horizon app on your phone, hit the 3 lines top right. Scroll down to support. Then go to near the end of the support page and you will find a link to contact support.
Thanks for the replies. I ended up taking the faceplate apart and figured out what was wrong. After some fiddling around with it I could put it back together with the sliding/latching mechanism properly aligned. All is well now. And thanks to Choleni for pointing me to the support pages.
