HOW TO DO 'Gear VR RE INSTALL'

Hello,

I am currently using a Samsung Gear VR headset.

Recently, after the Oculus app was automatically updated, the apps that were previously installed and functioning properly are no longer working.  
I downgraded the Oculus app in an attempt to restore functionality. However, when I launch a specific app, the Gear VR start screen appears and prompts me to download multiple apps again—even though those apps are already installed on the device.

Despite having the necessary apps installed, the system keeps trying to connect to the Oculus server to download them and eventually gets stuck.

As a result, I can no longer use my Gear VR headset.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance on the following:

1. Is there a way to bypass the forced app download step and use Gear VR without connecting to the server?  
2. If the server is no longer active, is there any official method to install the required apps manually and use them again?

Any guidance on how to get Gear VR working again would be sincerely appreciated.
