How to get a replacement controller?

My left controller for my Oculus Quest broke, and I have been coming to the Oculus store for 6 months looking to see when you might have one in stock. How do I get a replacement?

    For any questions about controller issues or possible warranty options, please make sure you send a PM over to MetaStoreHelp! I'd hate for anyone to miss out on all the fun that comes with VR, so please make sure you follow all the controller troubleshooting below as well:

    • Clean the controller with a compressed air can and microfiber cloth, make sure you only use approved cleaning materials!
    • Remove the battery for 10 minutes, then replace with a fresh battery
    • Unpair and re-pair the controller

     

    There are controllers available for sale on the store, but I suggest reaching out first so the support team can look into your options. Hope this helps!

    Hey there Chimpdaddy, thanks for reaching out. I have taken a look at your account and luckily, your warranty is still active to receive a replacement controller. Please submit a support ticket on our website here: https://ocul.us/ContactSupport so we can begin the process of troubleshooting and if it is deemed as broken, replacing the controller.

      I followed this link and found that my Meta login doesn't work, it works for the Meta app store, but not here.

       

      Also, the regular support area of your site (https://store.facebook.com/en-gb/help/support/) which I found first via search engine doesn't even support Meta logins, only Facebook ones.

       

      Either way, I can't seem to get a replacement controller with a Meta account. What gives?

      Hello, I have an question in regards with the oculus quest 2 controller my left one well the thumb stick broke off the controller whilst me playing mid game and I have been trying to use my warranty that comes with the quest for a new one but whenever I try to do that yes I do input my serial number everything is all nifty but when I try to get it it keeps saying that I cannot because Oculus cannot find the controller serial number on my account I have made sure it’s the right numbers as well. Also whenever I did last December of 2021 when I purchased my oculus quest 2 headset I for some reason didn’t understand anything about it so I purchased it yes off the official Oculus website but when I did this I purchased it anonymously like without an account type stuff I bought and received the headset I just didn’t login and do the account creation so it was just without an account until I eventually got the headset and logged it on to an Facebook this is yes the same account I’m using for the serial number but it’s just not working I have made sure it’s the right one on my account. Guys please seriously help me

    I've recently cracked my left controller ring and I can see the trackers and when I move the controller if feels like the ring is going to break off I bought Costco in mid January am I able to get my controller repaired?

        I activated my device on December 21st of 2020, and my left controller is drifting heavily as well as draining the battery much faster. Am I still able to get a replacement controller under warranty?

      No chance , they are treaty quest 1 as disposable.. dont get quest 2 … i am having the same problem unfortunately

    My left controllers grip trigger isn't acting spring loaded, and can come farther out than normal, it falls in to full press when held sideways. I really don't feel like shilling out 160 dollars for a 70 dollar controller on Amazon. Is this fixable? When is it going to be in stock if not?

        Hey, a while back I cracked my left controller and the front finger tracking broke on it. I was just wondering if you could look at my warranty and check it out. My finger tracking on my right controller has also gone funky and I don't what the issue is there, I haven't hit it or tapped it. do you know what the issue is?

    I was wondering if I can get a left controller replacement because when I was playing gorilla tag I smashed my left controller on my desk

    I recently broke my oculus quest 2 controller, speciffically the ring. Ive had the oculus for 7 months now i was wonder if i could get a replacment anywhere?

    Oculus my analog button doesn't work so I can't play games that use it so I stick to mostly 3 games.So if you could please help me.
