How to get support?

Is it possible to get help from Meta? I have tried to find some way to get help from Meta all day, but I can not find any information. My kids account have been suspended due to his age, but it wont accept my confirmation. Some how Meta have the wrong date of birth registered and I need help from them. Please can anyone share how to get som help from somebody real?
