How to remove a quest from oculus-app??

Since I had a battery related issue with the new quest (didn't charge), I've had to exchange the quest. New one works great.

But now I have two quests in the oculus app. The old-broken-one, and the new one. How do I remove the old one from the oculus app?

    Hey guys. This post seems to be pretty old with not a lot of new activity, so I will be locking this thread. If you're having issues with removing your devices from the mobile app, I recommend starting a new thread so more people can interact with it and support can reach out and help as well.

    I don’t see a way in the app, but if you go to your profile on the Oculus website, there is a section for your devices, and there you can delete device data. I think that should disassociate it from your account.

    Having the same issue, can’t remove a returned device from the app.  I checked the website, but I didn’t see any options to remove a device.

    Yeah, I wrote that based on how Go works, but the functionality is not there yet for Quest.

    I have the same issue after returning a defective device.  Any idea if there has been any update on this?

    Still haven't got a solution, very annoying when buying new games and wanting to install them, because the phone app keeps asking:"which of these two serial numbers you want to install too." @support, I can't remember serialnumbers of every piece of hardware.
