Hyperscape blocked my Ip

Hi,

I just tried Hyperspace and I was really amazed. For the first time, I even wanted to leave a review on it through the Meta mobile app. I gave it 4 stars and wrote exactly this review below:

"That’s amazing and feels very real. There’s a small issue with uploading, but I’m confident the tech team will solve it soon. Other than that, I can’t wait to share my place with my Meta friends to socialize, watch movies, and even stream my computer screen. It’s going to be awesome. What a wonderful time to live in!"

After that, it didn’t go through and I got an error saying "My review can’t have profanity."

I honestly didn’t even know what that meant. I asked ChatGPT, and it confirmed there was no profanity in my comment. I tried two more times, but eventually I got a notification from the app saying my IP was blocked for at least 2 days!

  • There is definitely something strange with the review section . I usually do 3 or 4 reviews ar at a time, but often after just writing 2 reviews, no bad language, I get a message that they detected suspicious activity ! And I have to wait 2 days to post another review ! It's crazy because obviously we are registered users so who else other than customers who bought the apps are going to leave reviews ? Your experience is also indicative of how bad the reviews system is.

Some sort of spam filter maybe?

Probably, Choleni , but as only registered users who actually buy the app can leave a review, it's a bit illogical to make a helpful reviewer feel like a criminal 😂

Sure, sounds better 😄.. but it seems like this has been going on for a while already.

A youtuber also named it Hyperspace when he showcased the app. 😅

I guess, when typing autocorrect will always suggest "hyperspace"?
