I’m having trouble trying to get get back in after factoring resting.

So I resently factory reset my meta quest 2 and I’m going through the steps like you normally do when you first start but there’s a problem. I have already removed the taps from my handles and I have turned the be on and off again and even tried to see if I can somehow “remove” the taps from the handles (I don’t have any) so I’m kind lost and confused so for anyone out there that can help me figure this out that would be amazing!
