I’m trying to reset my Meta store pin

I wanna reset my Meta quest store pin I click forgot pin then it says it sends me an email, but I never received the email to reset my store pin and I’m getting a little ticked off. This has been happening for months.

    Hi Trey692025, 

     

    We understand how this can be frustrating but not to worry, we are here to help get this resolved asap. Can you check the below steps please: 

     

    • Check your Spam folders.
    • Ensure you are not not using a VPN or Proxy.
    • Ensure you are  logged into your Meta account before clicking the PIN reset link.
    • Try to copy/paste the link into the browser address bar, rather than clicking on it.

    If after this you are still not receiving your Meta store pin then we would recommend getting in touch with our Meta Store Support team privately and we can look into this further for you.

    Yeah, I’m gonna need to get in touch with the support team. Is there anyway you can get me in touch with them because I’m tired of doing this by myself I would rather talk to someone over the phone. It’s so much simpler.
