Hello Khanimran94!
We saw your post about the issue you're having with recording in-game audio. We understand how this can hinder your creativity when recording content. Properly capturing content is important, and we want to ensure that you can do so without any hassle. Here are a few things you can try to see if it helps:
- Make sure your headset is completely up to date
- Ensure the volume is not muted or turned down too low.
- Test with multiple games/apps. Try recording audio in different games and apps to see if the issue is specific to one app or a general problem.
- Check app settings. In your headset's settings, navigate to System > Sound > Toggle Microphone. Ensure the microphone is enabled and not muted.
- Check Microphone in-game. Some games have their own audio recording settings. Ensure the microphone is enabled within the game itself.
- Reset Microphone: Settings > System > Sound > Toggle Microphone
- Hard reboot the headset.
- Turn off your headset completely.
- Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device and press the power button.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
