i am trying to do the meta horizon 1 month trial and it doesnt work for some reason it says this
"
Error while adding a payment method. Please check your credit card info."
I have no problem with my card it works on everything else but not this subscription trial.
is there a way to fix this somehow?
You can access the Meta Quest store via the app in the headset, the app on your phone and via the web. Whichever of these you are using, try one of the other methods. Make sure you are not trying to re-add an existing credit card, and that your card hasn't expired.
im going to try the meta store on the quest ill let you know if it works
i went onto my headset and tried to do it with my card and it said that same thing and my card is on doesn't expire for a couple years and it is entered correctly
Redhugs try it from pc, maybe use different browsers.
Recently a user with the same problem could add a payment method without issues after unlinking his Facebook account from his Meta account. So, if you have them linked, unlink them.
