I cant help but feel like the target of a trolling campaign.
i dont even wanna type out anything. i just wanna send the videos that ive sent to customer service just to get talked to sideways from.
the quest pro has been the most useful device ive ever purchased but the customer service folks that get assigned to me are almost 95% insufferable. they’re sometimes allergic to scrolling up even a single message to seek clarity, they’ll try to get you to simplify your issue to one sentence as though you never gave a list of several, mutually exclusive issues, they’ll talk about whats in “their system” when the entire public facing database suggests otherwise and has done so for OVER A YEAR. (https://share.icloud.com/photos/02cGcG88eclxl_zc5__qfk43w) they constantly try to sell you parts of your headset you didnt want in place of what you need—which is still available for purchase. then they have the nerve to make you mail back the item you didnt need but were otherwise deceived into buying for a refund.
