I can't join or start meta calls

I've tried to update my meta to th newseted one but it doesn't let me and also I can't join or start meta calls as it says error and kicks me off the call after I try I got it worked yesterday somehow but I can't replicate it someone please help

    Hi there,

     

    We understand you are encountering issues with updating your Meta. To  get the latest software version for your Meta Quest, we recommend using the software update tool.

     

    To check for software updates:

    1. Press Meta button or Oculus button on your right Touch controller to open the universal menu.
    2. Select the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu to open Quick settings.
    3. Select Settings in the top right.
    4. Select General, then select Software update.

    If a new version is available, a button to download the update will appear.
