We can see you're having trouble logging into your Meta account. We know it's not ideal when you can't log in, so let's get this fixed!
First of all, are you able to log into your account on desktop, or on the Horizon app? Also, we'd recommend restarting your headset if you haven't already. Additionally, you can uninstall and reinstall the Meta Horizon app.
