I can't login...

I've had a meta horizon account since I bought my quest. I put my number on the account my email and etc. but ever since I've moved to another country I completely forgot to change the old number to the new one.. and I one day factory resetted both my phone and quest 2.

Ever since then, I haven't been able to login because of the phone number being stuck to that account, and that I had a bunch of  recovery codes that I honestly haven't saved. Or just can't find them at all.. I have the old recovery codes I think. But the new ones are completely gone. and I can't let it go because I've had that account for so long and has lots of screenshots and screen recordings I miss.

Can anyone help me?
