I can't update

I bought Meta Quest 3s and it asked me to do a mandatory update but it says there is no internet due to internet restrictions in Turkmenistan. I don't know  to do.

      OK, the website must be restricted in your country for some reason. OK, you should connect your wifi router to a VPN and then update your headset. Or easier, install a VPN on your smartphone and use it as a Hotspot to connect to your headset, just choose the fastest European country or Russian maybe. You should be able to update it then.
