I forgot my e-mail used to log into my meta account

I own an Oculus quest 2 and recently got a new phone. My meta horizon app didn’t transfer, so I tried to log back in. I then realized that I forgot the e-mail I used to create the account. The account name is @heypooppug33 and I spend around $100 on the account. I really hope someone can help me either change or find out what e-mail I used for the account.
